Paul Klein is the general manager of brand and advertising for GE Consumer & Industrial, a division of General Electric.

Paul Klein was born on May 12, 1958 in New York City. He is the son of the distinguished architect Sydney Klein. He attended Brown University, where he obtained his degree in electrical engineering and met his wife Tracy. In 1986, they welcomed their first son Andrew, and a second, Michael, three years later.

Following a swift rise through the company ranks, he is now the general manager of brand and advertising for GE Consumer & Industrial. He is widely respected for bringing about the current renaissance of GE's brand image through well-planned and innovative advertising campaigns. Referred to as GE's brand "Guru", he has been cited in many leading news and trade publications, including most recently in the New York Times [1].
