Paul Donald Justin (born May 19, 1968 in Schaumburg, Illinois) is a retired National Football League quarterback.

Justin, a graduate and football standout at Arizona State University, played with three different teams in his NFL career: the Indianapolis Colts (1995-1997), the Cincinnati Bengals (1998), and the St. Louis Rams (1999-2001). Prior to his time in the NFL, Justin was the starting quarterback for the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League in 1993 and the Frankfurt Galaxy in 1995.
