Paul Holland (born 8 July 1973 in Lincoln) is a former English footballer, and is currently manager of League Two club Mansfield Town, following the March 2008 departure of Billy Dearden. He has served as the Stags' assistant manager under Dearden and his predecessor Peter Shirtliff. Prior to that, he was Mansfield's youth team coach. He was given the opportunity by the board at Mansfield to stay as manager until the end of the 2007-2008 season.
Holland was also caretaker manager at Mansfield for nine days in December 2006 following the sacking of Peter Shirtliff, and won his only match in charge of the Stags (a 2-0 away win against Darlington) in that spell.
As a player, Holland was a combative midfielder. He began his career with the Stags, and later played for Sheffield United, Chesterfield and Bristol City. He was forced to retire because of a knee injury in 2001, and joined Mansfield's coaching staff in January 2002.
Paul Holland has 4 children - Chelsea, 15, Jak, 13, Megan, 8 and Christopher, 6. He has a wife called Clare.
