Paul James Hoffman (April 12, 1922–November 12, 1998) was an American professional basketball player.
A 6'2" guard/forward from Purdue University, Hoffman played six seasons (1947-1948;1949-1951;1952-1955) in the National Basketball Association as a member of the Baltimore Bullets, New York Knicks, and Philadelphia Warriors. He averaged 10.2 points per game in his career and won a league championship with Baltimore in 1948.
