Paul Herbert Maloney (February 14, 1876March 26, 1967) was a member of Louisiana House of Representatives 1914-1916 was a member of the U. S. House of Representatives representing the state of Louisiana. He served seven terms as a Democrat.

Maloney was born in New Orleans and held a number of political appointments in Louisiana. He would eventually serve in Congress from 1931 until his resignation in 1940. After a hiatus of one term, he again won the Congressional seat and served two more terms.
