Paul Fung Jr.

Paul Fung, Jr. (Born March 9, 1923) is an American cartoonist who did the Blondie comic book for forty years.
He also assisted on the newspaper strip from 1949 until 1965. Fung received the National Cartoonist Society Comic Book Award for 1964 for his work.
