Paul Feldman

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Paul Feldman is the "bagel man" who started his own business selling bagels instead of pursuing his old occupation at the Center for Naval Analyses as mentioned in "Freakonomics" by Levitt and Dubner.

His bagel selling statistics have been used to determine white collar crime.

Strangely, with as prolific as these facts are on the internet (as well as the original paper), the article featured on Levitt and Dubner's website features him only as Paul F., presumably to mask his identity.
