Paul Carrigan (Birth name Manning Tillman) is an American pornographic actor and star of dozens of gay pornography features circa 1994 - 2006. He appeared in roles in various bisexual male, heterosexual and transsexual-themed videos as well. He was discovered by photographer Martin Ryter in Los Angeles.

Carrigan often played opposite collegiate and twenty-something co-stars. He has portrayed police officers, working class studs, soldiers, wrestlers, leathermen, construction workers, petty criminals, desirable psychopaths, etc.

By 2000, Carrigan had turned his talents behind the camera and began directing as well as starring in a series of wrestling-themed titles for On Top Productions. In 2001, he was one of a host of adult film stars who portrayed themselves in the mockumentary Full Frontal.
