Paul Angelis (born 18 January, 1943, Liverpool) is an English actor and writer best known for his role as PC Bannerman in the British television series Z Cars.

He provided the voice of Ringo Starr, George Harrison, and the Chief Blue Meanie in the movie Yellow Submarine.

He has appeared in many British television programmes such as George & Mildred, Porridge, Callan, The Liver Birds,The Onedin Line, Man About The House, The Sweeney, The Gentle Touch, Bergerac, Armchair Theatre, Z-Cars, Softly, Softly, Robin's Nest, Juliet Bravo, Casualty and The Grimleys.

He also played Alf Garnett's son-in-law Mike in the movie The Alf Garnett Saga. Other feature films include For Your Eyes Only and Otley. He is the older brother of Michael Angelis, who was famous for narrating the popular children's TV show, Thomas and Friends.
