Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, known more commonly as Paul Hastings, is an international law firm with over 1,200 attorneys and 18 offices worldwide. Its first office was founded in Los Angeles in 1951 by Lee Paul, Robert Hastings, and Leonard Janofsky, three post-World War II attorneys.

Paul Hastings is one of only two major U.S. law firms formed after World War II to have risen to the Top 25 in the United States. According to the 2007 American Lawyer survey, it is ranked 18th in the United States and 23rd in the world. The firm is primarily known for its Employment Law and Real Estate Law practices.

Paul Hastings currently has offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, Washington, DC, Brussels, London, Paris, Milan, Frankfurt, Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Tokyo. Smaller offices in locations such as Hartford have been closed in recent years to focus on larger offices in bigger markets.

The Paul Hastings building can be seen in the bird's eye view shown for Los Angeles in almost every episode of the TV programme Alias.
