This image is claimed for fairuse for wikipedia as it is being used strickly for purposes about the subject pictured. And its use on wikipedia is intended to add to the article as it displays a picture of the subject with which the article is about. There are no known alternatives available, as the subject passed away in 2006. Use of this photo does not detract from the original licenced owners in anyway, as its use is strickly for educational purposes, and is at a reduced quality from the original.
