I just thought she was a random actress that Bandai thought looked like Haruhi and used for the promo movie Evilfishytank 09:08, 22 December 2006 (UTC)

She has done voice acting before, so it's possible she may be voicing her in the dub. There's no way of knowing that for sure yet, though. --EmperorBrandon 09:15, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
