for WPMED I was going to rate this article "low" because the article currently only defines the term. However, the topic has potential to reach "high" importance, if it addresses the history of patient education and theories concerning its purpose and, particularly, changing ideas about the role of the patient. --Una Smith (talk) 04:57, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
