Patricia "Patty" L. Rowland was the First Lady of Connecticut, U.S. from January 4, 1995 to July 1, 2004. She is the second wife of former Connecticut Governor John G. Rowland, who is now released from federal prison after pleading guilty to corruption charges.
Patty graduated from Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York.
