Pattamadai

Pattamadai is a village about 20 Kilometres from Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu in Southern India along the banks of the river Tamaraparani. It is famous for mat weaving. [1]. Pattamadai is also the bithplace of one of the greatest sages of India Swami Sivananda.
