Pattabhi Sitaramaiah

Dr. Pattabhi Sitaramaiah was the President of Indian National Congress in 1938. He was born in Andhra Pradesh in South India. He was a prominent leader in the Indian independence movement.
He is the author of a well-known book, The Feathers and the Stones.
