Patrick Linstead

Sir Patrick Linstead was an English chemist. He attended Imperial College London and later became its Rector. He was a pioneer in the chemistry of phthalocyanine dyes and studied allylic tautomerism. The Linstead Hall at Imperial College London is named in his honour.
