Patrick Ho

Dr Patrick Ho Chi-ping JP (Chinese: 何志平) is an ophthalmologist, and Hong Kong's former Secretary for Home Affairs. From 1988-2000, he was Professor of Surgery (Ophthalmology) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. From 2002-2007, he was the Secretary for Home Affairs. His wife is former actress Sibelle Hu.
