Patrick Henry Village, also called PHV, is an United States Army installation in Heidelberg, Germany. It opened in 1947 after World War II and was named after Patrick Henry.

General David D. McKiernan is currently serving as commander of USAREUR.

There are currently under 1200 residents.

A lot of services are being moved to PHV due to other military bases closing down.

There is a USA hospital located on Nachrichten Kaserne in southern Heidelberg near Mark Twain Village. This site is home to the Europe Regional Medical Command headquarters, as well as the USA Army Heidelberg Medical Activity (USAHMEDDAC).
