Patricia Nixon Elementary School is located in Cerritos, California as part of the ABC Unified School District. Nixon serves students from grades Kindergarten through six. The school is named after the late First Lady Pat Nixon.

The teachers at Nixon use technology on a daily basis. Each teacher takes attendance on the internet, as well as using the LCD projectors that are mounted to the ceilings in every classroom. Students go to the computer lab 30 minutes a week (sixth grade goes 45 minutes per week). Technology is truly integrated into the curriculum in the various grade levels.

Through excellence in education, the staff will create a foundation on which to build informed, productive, and participatory citizens who are willing to continue their own self-development. To achieve this goal, the school community is committed to instilling in each student the ability to apply knowledge to new situations, gather and analyze new information, employ critical thinking, engage in critical analysis, develop convincing arguments, communicate clearly and effectively (both orally and written), solve problems individually and in groups, and become lifelong learners.
