Patricia "Patti" Farinelli (born March 18, 1960 in Los Angeles, California), is an Italian-American model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the December 1981 issue, in the article entitled "Abbondanza", a reference to her extremely large breasts. Her centerfold was photographed by Ken Marcus.

A Catholic at the time of her pictorial, Patti became a born-again Christian on April 18, 1984. She has not turned her back on her Playboy past, though, and still attends Glamourcon conventions on occasion.
Prior to her religious conversion, she was romantically involved with a number of celebrities, including Burt Reynolds, Tony Danza, David Cassidy, and Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss.
