- Patricia (1950 song), a song written by Benny Davis, recorded by Perry Como in the same year, which reached #7 on the Billboard charts
- Patricia (1958 song), a song with music by Perez Prado and lyrics by Bob Marcus, which Prado recorded in a popular instrumental version, which became the last record to ascend to #1 on the Billboard Jockeys and Top 100 charts, both of which gave way the next week to the then newly introduced Hot 100 chart
