Pat Phelan (born January 16, 1985 in Enfield, Connecticut) is an American soccer player who currently plays for Major League Soccer side New England Revolution.
Phelan was 2003 Gatorade National High School Player of the Year while attending Wilbraham & Monson Academy. He played college soccer for Wake Forest, and played for the USA Under-18 and Under-20 national teams, being part of the squad for the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship. He was the 10th overall pick in the 2008 MLS SuperDraft, picked by Toronto FC, but was traded to New England Revolution without making a first team start for Toronto.
He made his MLS debut, for Revolution, on June 12, 2008, against Houston Dynamo.
