Pat McGee is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Richmond, Virginia, and is a founding member and frontman of the Pat McGee Band.

Pat's first musical instrument experience was with his older sister's hand-me-down clarinet. After a brief stint learning the piano, he started to play the left-handed guitar owned by his brother Hugh. [2]

While attending Longwood College, McGee began to book himself as a solo performer. In 1995 he funded and cut his first (and so far only) solo CD, From the Wood, which he sold door-to-door.

As of 2005, McGee is married to his college sweetheart Sue Chase and resides in Bristol, Rhode Island. He has three young daughters.
