This is fair use in article Patricia Racette as it is used to illustrate the premiere performance of An American Tradgedy. This event will never again occur, and so it is not possible to make a free image of it. The resolution is low, it conforms to wikipedia image format policy, it does not compete with original sources financial interest in the picture, and substantially contributes to the article in which it is included.

3. The amount of copyrighted work used is as little as possible. A low-resolution image has been used instead of a high-resolution image.
4. This image has previously been published at the website listed at the top of this page, and it's associated in-print newspaper, as well as having been syndicated on AP.
5. This image is encyclopedic and otherwise meets general Wikipedia content requirements.
6. This image meets the media-specific policy requirements.
7. This image is used in at least one article.
8. This image contributes significantly to the article(s) in which it is used (illustrates the world premiere of the subjects most notable role); it is not used in a manner as to serve a purely decorative purpose.

This image description contains:

• Proper attribution of the source of the material/ copyright holder.
• An appropriate fair use tag indicating which Wikipedia policy provision permitting the use is claimed.
