This is fair use in article Patricia Racette as it is used to illustrate the premiere performance of An American Tradgedy. This event will never again occur, and so it is not possible to make a free image of it. The resolution is low, it conforms to wikipedia image format policy, it does not compete with original sources financial interest in the picture, and substantially contributes to the article in which it is included.
