[edit] Merger

I merged this article with Paschal full moon as they are the same subject. Paschal full moon was almost entirely historical background, moved mostly unchanged to the Easter tables section. It didn't have a good summary for understanding the basics, however, as the first part of an article (the summary) generally should be. It was also mostly untouched, as the material didn't really overlap, and the original of this page is mostly unedited in the top part of the article. Garnet avi (talk) 08:30, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] "determined from tables"

The date of the PFM is defined in principle by Tables (at least, it is in the Calendar Act - I've not read that far in Clavius' Explicatio); but it does not need to be determined from them in practice, since the Tables can be reduced to much more compact and sufficiently simple expressions - see http://www.merlyn.demon.co.uk/estr-bcp.htm. 82.163.24.100 (talk) 14:31, 21 March 2008 (UTC)
