dear siddiqi sahib pasban was initially founded by jamat e islami in 1991 later on jamaat and pasban parted after elections 1993. pasban lead by m a durrani was soon divided and the bigger faction lead by altaf shakoor is still working under the name of pasban. it is also known as pasban pakistan (as other parties like pakistan peoples party, pakistan muslim leaque,etc) it is not pasban e pakistan.no party or ngo is working under the name of pasban e pakistan as far as i know. (see history in www,pasban.org) durrani soon merged his tiny pasban in millat party and later in pmlq as was the initial point of difference,i.e, the close ties with ever ruling establishment. the article written by me at wikipedia has been totally removed from the site and the information given is large incorrect. i hope you will search the matter and if any querries plz contact me at zafariqbaldr@yahoo.com my suggestion is that after brief description of name of pasban the previos article should be placed as pasban is only one organisation now whose president is altaf shakoor
