Passion8 is 'the nation's favourite internet supplier of adult products'^[1], who are based in Beverley, East Yorkshire and are celebrating 20 years of trading in 2008. It started with a focus on selling adult entertainment in the form of sex toys, lingerie, clothing and pornography.

The company regularly appears in articles^[2] in a number of newspapers and magazines, including Good Housekeeping^[3], Cosmopolitan (magazine), FHM and the The Sun to name but a few. Articles cover all areas of sexual health. In 2006, Passion8's adult products were featured and voted 'The Best' by the Good Housekeeping Institute in three separate categories^[4]. More recently appearing in a recent article which covered sexual health Q&A's ^[5], which appeared in the The Times's.

Ann Summers, Stringfellows and Beate Uhse AG are amongst some of Passion8 competitors in the UK market place. Passion8 also operates in the US market place.

The company was founded in 1988 by the current Managing Director Stephanie Taylor, who was born in 1961.^[6]
