Passenger Transport, formerly called Invercargill Passenger Transport, and often named according to the location of its branches eg Dunedin Passenger Transport, was formed in 1991 through the acquisition of the Invercargill City Council bus fleet. It provides public transport in Invercargill.

In 1995 the company established a branch in Dunedin and operates part of Dunedin's bus network.

Their website [1] also lists offices in Christchurch, Auckland and Queenstown.
