Pasir Ris-Punggol Group Representation Constituency (Simplified Chinese: 白沙—榜鹅集选区) is a six-member Group Representation Constituency (GRC) in the north-eastern region of Singapore. The constituency consists of Pasir Ris, Punggol, a small part of Hougang and the eastern part of Sengkang. Formed during the 2001 general election as a five-member GRC, it has been held by the People's Action Party. With the growth in population of Punggol New Town and Sengkang New Town, the GRC became the largest five-member GRC and exceeded the maximum number of voters for a five-member GRC. For the general election in 2006, Pasir Ris-Punggol became a six-member GRC.

Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC is led by Defence Minister Teo Chee Hean. In 2001, the GRC enjoyed a walkover. In the 2006 elections, its opponent is the Singapore Democratic Alliance.
