SensorTip of a PASCAL Dynamic Contour Tonometer, as seen through the slitlamp microscope when the tip is placed on a patient's eye for IOP measurement. The circular dark brown area is the area of contact between tear film and concave tip. The little green square in the center is the solid-state pressure sensor built into the tip.
