[edit] Welcome!
First off, welcome! Glad to have you here. :) Regarding your friend's choice of DethLeppard666, I should warn you that our namechecker bot will automatically report a name with 666 in it. Names with 666 are often offensive or provocative; however, this is clearly not the case here. So, while the name choice is fine, your friend may consider leaving off the 666 part just to save some hassle. Best of luck to you, and feel free to ask me if you have any more questions! [edit] RE:Clarifications
Sorry in getting back to you so late, I've been gone for a bit. First of all I would just like to remind you to sign your posts with the four tildas (~~~~). I took the liberty of signing your comment on my talk page with your signature for you. I understand you are trying to be helpful but some of your edits were uncyclopedic and seemed to be orignal research. Citing definitely always helps, but be careful on what website you get your info from. Just because you add something in to wikipedia and cite it doesn't mean it will be kept. Beware obscure sites. I'll keep your band in mind. Sorry, but I didn't understand your little Norwegian piece, nor did I understand the "FAEN DENNE VERDEN, FAEN DET FOLK," though I can plainly see that it is germanic/ scandinavian. I, too, am American and wish I wasn't in many ways. As for the world being unfriendly to metal fans, you may be right in some parts of the world, but there are many places that do not share that view. Besides, of course it's hard to be friendly with a scene that is dedicated to blasphemy and the underminings of all of society and social concepts as a whole. Who wants metal to be accepted? That would defeat the point. It's supposed to be rebellious, etc. It's anti-trend and in many ways anti-society. I'm not saying all metal fans follow these things, but metal music certainly does. More than anything, metal is meant to make people question their surroundings, their society, their philosophies and the world in general. Well who the hell wants that? Most people (definitely governing bodies [the "system"] incl. major organized religions) want us to shut up and follow their views and rules without question. Of course most metal can't be accepted by others. I wouldn't have it any other way. Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 19:44, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

- That's a good saying. I appreciate your attitude. Yeah, Mayhem sold out but that's still hilarious...wtf is wrong with iTunes. Anyways, thanks and good luck with the editing! Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 22:04, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
