Born in Esfahan, Iran in 1976, Parham Shariat moved to United States in 1991 and lived in San Diego until 1995 where he graduated from Mt. Carmel High School in Rancho Peñasquitos. To many, Parham is a natural salesperson. At age 19 he worked at his father's sign manufacturing company as a salesperson, until he finished his MCSE, Veritas, and Unix certifications and started working at Fairfax Hospital as a Sr. System Engineer.

He found interest in real estate sales and joined a local residential company as an associate, where he learned the basic residential sales techniques. He then joined a national firm and gained valuable knowledge about complicated commercial real estate transactions and soon after he opened his first real estate company in 2005 (http://www.premierblueproperties.com).

After his mother passed away in 2006, his father moved to Reston, Virginia, where he continues to run his sign manufacturing company with Parham's help.

Parham currently lives in Washington, DC with his wife Lauren Scott.
