There is lot of wrong information given by 68.250.39.223 in your edit. They are the following.

  • In 1969, Sri Ramulu never killed anyone. He was not even a conspirator.
  • In 1970, he didnt even join Naxal movement. He never went to underground before 1971. So how can one top in police most wanted lists.
  • Criminal cases are represented by this (Cr.No.57/96.) notation and not like J1292-10-10-1979.
  • The person who wrote in this way(J1292-10-10-1979) fooled everyone by writing randomly something like J1292, J1297 etc.

Further more following evidences confirms that.

  • He wrote that in 1982 Paritala Ravi kills bonaga yadi reddy, gangula narshanna, anjamma and her 3 kids (ages 2, 4, 7) [source: Anathapur police: FIR # J1297-03-23-1982]. But actually anjamma and her three kids were not killed. They were killed by Naxals and not Paritala.
  • Also he wrote that in 1981 Paritala Ravi escapes prison by killing the constable during a court trial and joins the naxal moment the same year. He never was arrested, he never killed during that time, he never joined naxal movement.
  • Also he wrote that in 1984 Paritala Hari (Paritala Ravi's brother) was killed by Narayana Reddy Group. But the truth is Hari was killed in 1982 itself in the month of november.
  • Now this is ultimate fraud. He wrote "Paritala Ravi master plans and kills the father, mother, sister and nine other family members (including six kids) of Maddelacheruvu Surya Narayana Reddy by planting the bomb in the T.V. (Police initally hesistated to file the FIR after the pressure from ruling TDP but finally registered the case without the name of Paritala Ravi in the FIR) see Anathapur police FIR # J1789-09-05-1995]
  • The truth is this incident happened in 1993 and the case was registered immediately on Ravi in 1993 itself. So this guy who edited randomly chose some number like J1789-09-05-1995 and made fraud. Also Narayana Reddy was killed in 1983 itself by Naxals. This was said many times by the naxal leaders.
  • Also only four members in the family were killed and 9 were injured. So that anonymous just played with the numbers.
  • Also TDP was not there in power. Congress was in power that time. So just notice how the facts were manipulated. You can refer to any newspaper, absolutely any paper, any including vaartha.
  • He wrote that in 1996 Paritala Ravi kidnaps sixteen congress worker in anathapur during elections and was re-elected as M.L.A for the 2nd time. I challenge you to prove this statement. You can refer to any news paper. He didnt kidnap anyone during the 1996 elections.

Just because he belongs to some caste dont make him a villian and dont make villians, some sought of saints. And whatever edited should not be based on some party's propaganda. Just remember that. I have given all the attrocities committed by him and his rivals. I challenge anyone to prove me wrong.

By mentioning Naxals never killed women and children this article is trying to make them heroes which is not so. Kakatiya passanger incident, killing innocent people is an example.

The article talks about the naxal activities in Anantapur district during the eighties and not about the activities in other districts or their recent activities. For that matter naxals killed a mad person very recently in Anantapur district. I reiterate naxals never killed women and children in the incidents mentioned in the article.


"Verifiability" Rule No 5 Of wipikedia was not satisfied regarding alegations on Obul Reddy So Deleted the part where it mentioned abt Obul Reddy. If you are going to revert Please cite a reputable source for this information. Please maintain Nutrality and Stick to facts. Do not write any opinions

These are not any opinions but these are facts. Refer to eenadu (dated 25-1-05, 2-2-05 - ananatapur district edition, 6-2-05 - sunday special) for compact and concise version of the killings which took place between 1989-94.

I am not disputing the Facts that they were killed I am disputing the fact the no one was Found guilty and the details you mentioned. Can you also provide the link to the so called Anantapur edition of EENADU paper( EENADU paper is not a reputable source but that is not under discussion here)

It seems it has become a fashion to criticize EENADU like news papers. I have been a vivid reader of many news papers including Andhra Prabha (no more), Andhra Jyothi (rennovated), Vaartha, Andhra Bhoomi / DC etc. Comparing the facts and extremity of the biasedness, I found EENADU is the best of all. This my opinion with neutral stance. I found that DC and Vaartha have been very biased where as Andhra Jyothi used to be really good but now-a-days seems more on DC style. I think most of this stems from the readers with preconceived notions from cast angle.


Paritala Ravindra is the Official name. not Paritala ravindra chowdhary. If some wants to mention his caste please do so in a separate line

Paritala Ravindra has been wrongly glorified here.He was not at all a popular leader in rayalaseema region. He might be popular in Anantapur district of rayalaseema. His popularity was rather notourious. He killed a lot of innocent people and made coroes of money in pretext of saving people from cruel landlards. His image is being glorified by his caste people otherwise he doesn't deserve this much positive propaganda. The credibility of the EENADU news paper is in doubt, why becaue, the kind of covarage that he got just after he dies in the news paper was a bit strange ( This news paper quoted as if the dooms day had come like as Juses was punished). Paritala was a rowdy like other cruel landlards.
