[edit] Machine translation

This looks a lot like a machine translation from the Slovenian. If there's someone out there who knows Slovenian and can put this into proper English, that would be a big improvement. I find it questionable that this article is linked to from the main page, it's not a good advert for wikipedia quality. --Brianpie 12:32, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

just FYI i was born and live in the area... in croatian it is also called Porecanka as well as that is what they call women from Porec.

[edit] Mangled?

What is the difference between 'Mangled' and 'Wounded'?

Wounded means that you have an injury, a cut or a bruise or a broken bone - in order to be 'mangled', you would look like you had been put through a Mangle (machine)...HawkerTyphoon 15:59, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
