The Party of Labour (Serbian: Партиja Paдa or Partija rada) is a communist party in Serbia.

The party was founded by Vlado Dapčević, an anti-revisionist Marxist-Leninist who was a long-time political prisoner in SFR Yugoslavia. He formed it after spliting from the Communist Party of Yugoslavia over what he saw to be its soft stance against nationalism.

The Party of Labour opposed the regime of Slobodan Milošević. It supported independent Montenegro. The party also supports independent Kosovo.
