Parshuram (Bengali: পরশুরাম) is an Upazila of Feni District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh.

As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Parshuram has a population of 176731. Males constitute are 50.25% of the population, and females 49.75%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 84659. Parshuram has an average literacy rate of 42.7% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. [2]
