Parli is a city and a municipal council in Bid district in the Indian state of Maharashtra.

As of 2001 India census[1], Parli had a population of 88,510. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Parli has an average literacy rate of 68%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 76%, and female literacy is 60%. In Parli, 14% of the population is under 6 years of age.

Parli is home to a thermal power station belonging to MSPGCL(Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited).Total installed capacity of the plant is 690MW,with additional 500 MW in construction.

Parli Vaijnath is a Railway Station on Secunderabad(SC) Division of South Central Railway(SCR).Three Railway lines emanate from this station. 1.Parli Vaijnath-Vikarabad (Secunderabad Division) 2.Parli Vaijnath-Parbhani(Nanded Division) 3.Parli Vaijnath-Parli Power Plant(Secunderabad Division)
It has trains connecting to Hyderabad, Nizamabad, Manmad, Kakinada, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Khammam, Warangal, Aurangabad, Jalna, Parbhani, Purna, nanded, Vikarabad, Zaheerabad, Bidar, Raichur, Guntakal, Mumbai, nasik, Dharmavaram and Bangalore(SBC)
