Parkhill Junior School is a primary school located in Clayhall, Ilford in the London Borough of Redbridge. The Headteacher is currently Mrs Dinah Smith. The School has got many awards, Such as the Football awards and the 2006 & 2007's Healthy Schools awards.
The school is a county Junior co-educational school catering for 450 pupils of 7-11 years of age in the London Borough of Redbridge. The school values its place as an integral part of the multicultural community being situated in the Clayhall area. It is housed in a one-storey building, which was first opened in 1939. It has 16 general teaching rooms, a music room and a large hall, an I.C.T. suite and a newly built library which has a group room and a bank of 8 new compters. The site is shared with the Infants School and there are extensive grounds.
The School has good reputation and it has 400 Pupils approximately. It has been given the Walk to School awards in 2007.
