Park Michigan is a proposed 80 story skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois designed by Pappageorge/Haymes, Ltd.[1] It's location is a street level parking lot at the northeast corner of Wabash Avenue and 9th Street. As part of the planned project, the former YWCA located at 830 South MIchigan, also the official address of Park Michigan, will be gutted and turned into a restaurant.

On February 15, 2008 a foreclosure lawsuit was filed by Hermes Capital LLC after a loan default in December by Developer Renaissant Development Group. Hermes is run by Demetris Giannoulias (brother of Alexi Giannoulias).[2]
