Parisa J. Fakhri (Born September 20, 1975) is an Asian American voice actress who lives in Texas and works for Funimation. She voiced Bra/Bulla in Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. She is most famous for her role as Arisa Uotani in Fruits Basket.
