Coordinates: Parichha is a census town in Jhansi district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Parichha houses a 600 MW coal fired power station (soon to be expanded close to 1000 MW). It is located on Jhansi-Kanpur highway.
Parichha nearest by Betwa river. Betwa river's called GANGA's Bundelkhand.

As of 2001 India census[1], Parichha had a population of 6849. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Parichha has an average literacy rate of 78%, higher than the national average of 59.5%; male literacy is 84%, and female literacy is 71%. In Parichha, 10% of the population is under 6 years of age.
