Paria is a village situated near Vapi in Valsad District, Gujarat. India. The town of Udwada, 5 kilometers (3 miles) away from Paria, has a railway station which connects Paria to Mumbai and western Gujarat.
Paria is under the Jyoti-Gram project of the Gujarat government.

Most Paria residents follow Hinduism. The population is 10,000 and Dhodia Patel is 97% of the total population Brahmins. 0.001% are carpenters, 0.0001% ( Called Chhodiya), Halpati ( Called Dubala ) 1%, Koli Patel is 0.5% ( Called Khot ), Muslim only 1house, jains 0.001% and marvdi 0.1% Anvil Brhamin [Desai)& they are hard working & intelligent people .

Most of the houses in Paria are Pucca houses, with rice and sugarcane the major crops cultivated. The villagers possess cattle such as cow, buffalo, and bullocks.
