) is a town that was located at a siding on theIt is either a very small town, or there is nothing left of Paratoo after the railway was moved several kilometres south around the 1960s. Paratoo may never have been any more than a railway siding including railway cottages, and possibly a few houses, one which was some sort of guest house (around the 1890s when the railway was built).
Most of the towns (such as Nackara) along the old track are now practically ghost towns as the railway has gone and the land is too dry and desolate to support many graziers.
