Parasi is the district headquarters of Nawalparasi District in Lumbini Zone, Nepal. It is also called Ramgram Municipality.

Parasi is also very important place for buddhists also because there is a stupa called Ramgram Stupa which was made in the age of buddha and it contains 1 of the astudhatu of Lord Buddha . Ramgram Stupa is secret place for buddhist and for all the Buddha and Buddhism lover .
