Paragon City

Paragon City is the fictional American city in which the MMORPG City of Heroes is set. It is located in the state of Rhode Island. The city is divided into Zones, each containing quests varying in difficulty. It is protected by the Freedom Phalanx. The City's opposite is the Rogue Isles which is ruled by the rivals of the Freedom Phalanx, Arachnos.
