Paradoxurus is a genus of viverrids in one of the civet subfamilies, Paradoxurinae. There are three species, one of which is common over tropical Asia, while the other two are less common and limited in locality:
- Asian Palm Civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus), India and Southeast Asia
- Golden Palm Civet (Paradoxurus zeylonensis), Sri Lanka
- Jerdon's Palm Civet (Paradoxurus jerdoni), Western Ghats, India
