Paradoxoglanis is a genus of electric catfishes (order Siluriformes, family Malapteruridae). It includes three species, P. caudivittatus, P. cryptus, and P. parvus.[1]

P. caudivittatus originates from central portions of the Congo River Basin, including the Tshuapa and Lukenie River systems.[2] P. cryptus is found in the Kagal River, Itimbiri River basin, Congo System. P. parvus inhabits the middle Congo River basin.[1]

These species range from about 11–17 centimetres (4.3–6.7 in) SL.[2][3][4]
