[edit] History

PARC Management was formed in 2002, consisting of management team members previously involved with other major park chains, including the original Six Flags Theme Parks, Ogden Entertainment, and Alfa SmartParks.[1] Their first major foray as a team of operations came in 2007 when they purchased a group of 7 theme and water parks from Six Flags Inc for US$312 million. The park properties were immediately sold to real-estate investment firm called CNL Income Properties and then leased back for operation.[2]

PARC Management does not typically own the properties they operate. As of 2008 all properties are owned by CNL Income Properties
