  1. No equivalent (free or otherwise) is available to convey the same state of the mall that is pictured. The exact details of this image are not known. It was reported to be taken circa 1950, at the time of the Park Royal Shopping Centre opening; this falls one (1) year short for a Canadian Public Domain license. To be eligible for a Public Domain license it has to "Canadian photographs not subject to Crown copyright taken before 1949."
  2. This image does not replace any "original market role of the original copyrighted media."
  3. This image was previously published by the Eastern Connecticut State University @ [www.easternct.edu/depts/amerst/MallsHistory.htm]
  4. This image is encyclopedic in value
  5. It is intended that this image be used in a low resolution format on the Park Royal Shopping Centre article name space only.
